CAN I RETURN MY ORDER?
As soon as you receive your package you have 14 days to return the package. When returning a product everything needs to be in the condition it came in otherwise we cannot refund the amount.
CAN I EXCHANGE SIZE?
Yes you can, just by sending the package to our adress which is shown at the parcel and drop off at the nearest post office.
HOW SOON WILL I RECIVE MY REFUND?
As soon as your item has arrived to our warehouse, it will take 3-5 business days to receive your funds back.
WHAT IF MY PRODUCT CAME DAMAGED?
If you received a damaged product please contact us at ask@dontdiepoor.com with your order information and a picture of the damaged product. So we can send out a new one.
