Return and Refund Policy
Right of Withdrawal (EU Customers)
Under EU law, you have the right to cancel your order within 14 days without giving any reason. The cancellation period will expire after 14 days from the day you or a third party (other than the carrier) take physical possession of the goods.
To exercise your right of withdrawal, you must inform us at ask@dontdiepoor.com of your decision to cancel the purchase by an unequivocal statement (e.g., a letter sent by email).
Conditions for Return
- Unused: The item must be unused and in the same condition in which you received it.
- Original Packaging: The item must be returned in its original packaging.
- Proof of Purchase: A receipt or proof of purchase must be included with the return.
Return Process
If you wish to return a product, please follow these steps:
- Contact Us: Send an email to ask@dontdiepoor.com within 14 days of receiving your product, and provide your order number and reason for return.
- Return Shipping: You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning the item. Shipping costs are non-refundable.
Refunds
Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If approved, your refund will be processed within 14 days.
